Most people find the system easy to navigate from their computer. If you have trouble registering or using the system, including password issues, call Click4Advisor customer service at 925-469-9600. They are in California and keep regular business hours. The hours on the hotline are given in Pacific Time.
Once you have signed up with the system you can also use the toll-free dial-in system.
How Click4Advisor Phone Advice Works
Click4Advisor is a cutting-edge, secure server technology platform that allows web visitors to be connected to advisors privately and instantly using standard telephone lines. The advice line works like a virtual secretary. If I am accepting calls, it will ring me. If I am away from the phone or on another call, you can request a call back and it will ring me (and you) as soon as I become available. You have to register on the computer, but once registered, you can also get a dial-in PIN and use the toll-free dial-in system to connect.
Please note that the Click4Advisor system was designed to be anonymous. Until we have actually talked on the phone, you won’t be in my database and I will have no way of contacting you. If you don’t use your real name as your username, I won’t know who you are.
To start, follow my link to Request Guidance by Phone and click on New Caller to register and make a deposit to fund your account. My ID # is 61545.
New Caller Appointments: Good times for new callers are Mondays – 9 a.m. or 7:30 p.m. – Pacific (California time) and Wednesdays – 10 a.m. or 6 p.m. Pacific Time.
If I’m logged in and taking calls, just click through the “Call” button, enter your account Username and Password, your phone number (cell phone or landline), and click the “Call on Phone” button. Your phone will ring in a few seconds and once you pick it up you will be connected to me.
Please request a Scheduled Call for your first call if I’m not available. If I am not by my computer and I miss the call back window, I will have no way of knowing who you are or how to contact you.
Once you are an established user on the system, you can request a call back window or an appointment. Call backs are easier for me to accommodate as I can take them as soon as I become available. I will get a text message alert to my phone. When I log in to accept the call, the virtual secretary will call you. We do not call each other directly.
Your account balance will be deducted in real-time for the number of minutes you speak to me, per the per-minute rate. If your balance runs down to 1 minute left, you will receive an alert and an option to add more money to continue the call. If your balance depletes and you are disconnected, you call always log in to your account and deposit more funds to your balance to get more advice.
The system has an internal email service which I can use to send follow-up messages and special offers, so you might want to check your advice line account every now and then. You can also have your advice line account email forward to your regular email.
Once you have registered, you can select a PIN number and use the toll-free number. See the toll-free number page for instructions.
